Dimitrios's research is situated within the fields of Planning, Architecture and Geography and centred around three axes: the socio-spatial patterns of urban transformation, the perception of space (with a focus on deindustrialisation) and the processes of development and growth. He has international research and teaching experience with a range of academic and professional institutions in the UK, Belgium, and Greece.
